Event Provides Free Enrollment Help

What

Open enrollment for Covered California ends March 31.

Contra Costa Health Services, the Community Clinic Consortium, La Clinica de la Raza and Contra Costa Employment & Human Services are hosting an enrollment event in Antioch Saturday, March 8.

Certified Enrollment Counselors and Eligibility Workers will be on site to enroll attendees in Covered California and Medi-Cal.

Anyone interested in applying for health coverage at this event should bring photo identification, proof of California residency (such as a utility bill), proof of income (paystubs from the past 30 days, or most recent income tax filings), and documents showing the citizenship or immigration status of each person applying.

Contra Costa County uninsured residents should attend.

When:

10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 8.

Fremont Elementary School, 1413 F Street in Antioch, CA 94509.
