Patient Relations and Grievances
Contra Costa Regional Medical Center wants to ensure that you receive high quality care and service, and that your rights as a patient are respected.
To help you, CCRMC has a Patient Relations Serivces Coordinator who is the liaison between the patients, facility, and providers. The Coordinator can assist you in obtaining answers to your questions and filing complaints.
The Patient Relations Services Coordinator is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday except holidays. The Coordinator's office is near the first floor Admissions Office of the Hospital.
If you need to submit a grievance with CCRMC or one of our health centers, call 925-370-5144 or complete this form and submit by fax or mail per the information in the Contact Us section at the bottom of this page.
Contra Costa Health Plan Members also have the option of calling their Member Services office at 1-877-661-6230
The Patient Accounting Department requires that all billing concerns be in writing and mailed to their Credit and Collections Supervisor at 595 Center Avenue #300, Martinez, CA 94553.
