2022 Competition

The 2022 Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Consolidated Application is now available. This consists of the Contra Costa Continuum of Care (CoC) Application and Priority Listing, which will be submitted as the 2022 CoC Consolidated Application for the Contra Costa CoC. The CoC Application and Priority Listing are posted online for review by the public and all stakeholders in the homeless system of care, including any experts or community members who have feedback they would like to share with the CoC prior to submission on Thursday, September 29, 2022. Please submit all feedback to contracostaTA@homebaseccc.org.

2020

• FY2019 CoC Program Competition Awards - 3/13/2020

HUD waived the 2020 competition requirement due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There was not a competition for new projects. Instead, HUD renewed all existing projects without a community competitive process. Some projects that are based on leasing received fair market rate (FMR) increases with their continued award.
