Hours of Operation:

Monday through Thursday: 7:45 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Friday: 7:45- 4:45
Saturdays: 7:45 - 11:45 a.m., 12:45 - 4:45 p.m.

Lab Hours:

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Patients with Evening or Saturday appointments should use the East entrance.

Family Practice

Provides routine and preventive health care service focusing on the whole person.

HIV Specialty Services

The Positive Health program offers early intervention services from a care team that includes a doctor, nurse and social worker. In addition to clinical services, the team provides support in making and keeping medical appointments, referrals to other health and social services, access to medications, and partner counseling and referrals.

Provides health maintenance of well children and treatment of ill children.

Sexual Health Clinics

Services to support safe and healthy lifestyles including:
Screening, diagnostic and treatment services for sexually transmitted infections. Reproductive and family planning health services also provided.

Wednesdays, 5:15 to 8:15 p.m.
